Pho and Grill International in Spring Valley

This is really good pho here. Kinda awesomely suprising cause spring valley was never known for that type of cuisine. The family owned and operated vibe is good here. Definitely lots of other good things on the menu that you might over look like the pad tai and papaya salad.. check it out. Gets busy on rainy days though so be prepared to have a little wait.

1st time here and my boyfriend and I drive by daily because we live then the street.We stopped by only to get Boba but ended up having a huge amazing dinner here. Won't be our last time. Loved the options, especially because it's hard to find food being a vegetarian, and they have a vegan section! A+ service too

Love this restaurant. Owner works so hard and is so gracious and accommodating. Small community restaurant that is such a gem. Love the food and frequent every three weeks for the last 5+ years. Take your time get to know the owner and enjoy a great meal every time.

This place gets five stars easy! Food is phenomenal and the owner and staff are awesome! I'm here at least twice a week!

First, the staff... Incredibly attentive and always making sure we are good (without being annoying).. Next, the restaurant... Clean!!! Do you need anything else?Lastly, and most importantly, the food... Naturally, the food usually has decent levels of sodium but this place probably has the least amount of sodium hangover vs other Pho joints... The Vegetable and Tofu (w/ vegetable broth) is my favorite and I highly recommend adding the extra noodle...Unless you're going to be eating Pho off of Conway or its surrounding neighborhoods then you should definitely be eating here.

Service here is always fast and friendly. The waiter is nice and actually recommends food to try if asked. The owner is there often and the cooks are consistent. The food is tasty and always on point.

I tried this place in the past with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I liked the great atmosphere and delightful dishes and drinks. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant is a staple for me- I make sure to have dinner here with my family when I'm in town. The service is always friendly and quick, the food is great and I love their Boba drinks. The only thing I don't like is seeing the many huge fish in a tiny tank- I just dont think it's very humane .

Delicious vegan pad Thai, pork sandwich, and pho tofu and vegetable soup. Service was exemplary!

Place used to be great when Jonathan ran it and was there more often. The food is still pretty good, but the quality and service is not what it used to be.

At long last I found a spot in Chula Vista to eat rice lol. Have eaten in this café for practically regularly for multi week. Cherish it.

Has outdoor seating, great service and fruit smoothie drinks with or without boboa! My friend and I ordered #44 grilled pork and shrimp combo plate with rice. The meats were grilled with amazing flavor. Little touches like green onion topped rice and pickled carrot and diakon make the food extra special.

Very good Pho and spring rolls. The meatballs, pork and grilled pork were excellent. Hints of cinnamon in the Pho. The veg was fresh and the noodles were good.

Really love this place, was skeptical to try at first, but worth it in the long run!!! Great food!If you don't know what food it is, it it mainly some soft noodles in amazing broth with lots of flavor. But they also have other food if you don't love pho!

The appetizer fried chicken wings were crispy on the outside and flavorful. My chicken pad Thai was not what I expected, but better! It was not the usual dry noodles, it had more flavor than served at most other places. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but it is very clean inside, and bright. Service is great.

I adore this place! They give first-cleass food, they have a rich menu, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I like very much trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh, the attitude towards the guests is nice. I often go to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.

We have been here a few times now and have had nothing but good experiences. The inside is nice, the fish tank keeps the kids occupied when waiting for food, the workers are all very friendly, and the food is delicious. The pho broth has a very rich flavor which we've found is a little hard to come by. The kids menu items are the perfect size for our younger child. We always leave satisfied and have a good time. We will continue to frequent this business. Definitely give them a shot if you're in the area!

This place was great! Very attentive and friendly service without being overly intrusive. I was meeting with an old friend I hadn't seen in 14 years. I had for lunch two orders of the Spring Rolls and Vietnamese Iced coffee. The peanut sauce was fabulous with the spring rolls and after two glasses of the coffee, I was wired for sound! It was deliciously refreshing and the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Their fish tank had huge koi that were mesmerizing to watch. Their prices were very reasonable, quality and preparation were exemplary.

The food is amazing and you always get your food so quickly! The owner and staff are so friendly and always makes you feel like family! We love this place!!!

The best Pho in town! I ordered the #20, vegetarian with tofu, and it was great. The atmosphere is relaxed and with open seating, and good service. The owner and waiter will remember you on your next visit 😃

Delicious lunch. Tasty Spring Roll not so full of vermicelli noodles. Pho #3 flavorful broth. Typical decor glass top tables. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Yes, they do play "cheesy" background music but it is delightful and upbeat.
